5. Communities & Events
Community Management
- Community Leaders: Have additional responsibilities to moderate and maintain their communities
- Community Guidelines: Each community may have additional rules that members must follow
- Moderation: We reserve the right to moderate communities and remove inappropriate content
- Dissolution: Communities may be dissolved for violations of these terms

6. Payments & Financial Transactions

Refunds & Cancellations

- Event cancellations by hosts may result in full refunds
- Service cancellations are subject to individual service provider policies
- Platform fees may not be refundable in certain circumstances
Wallet & Earnings
- Digital wallet funds are held securely and can be withdrawn subject to verification
- Earnings from events and services are subject to applicable taxes
- We may hold funds temporarily for security and fraud prevention
- Withdrawal limits and fees may apply
7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

- Hacking, phishing, or security breaches
- Sharing malware or malicious links
- Unauthorized access to other accounts
- Circumventing platform security measures
- Violating applicable laws or regulations
Platform Abuse
- Creating fake accounts or impersonation
- Manipulating reviews, ratings, or metrics
- Spamming or excessive promotional content
- Scraping or unauthorized data collection
- Reverse engineering our platform
Harmful Behavior
- Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
- Discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Sharing hate speech or offensive content
- Doxxing or sharing private information
- Promoting violence or illegal activities
Financial Misconduct
- Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
