Events & Bookings
Booking Events
Go to event page → Click "Book Now" → Choose tickets → Pay through wallet or card
Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the event. Refund depends on event policy.
Check your email or go to My Bookings page.
Hosting Events
Go to Create Event → Fill details → Set pricing → Publish
Payments are released 7 days after event completion, minus platform fees.
Use My Events to view attendee lists and check-in participants.
Communities
Joining Communities
Visit Communities page and browse by category or search by interest.
Most communities are free to join. Some premium communities may have membership fees.
Go to My Communities → Find the community → Click "Leave"
Creating Communities
Use Create Community → Choose category → Add description → Set rules
Manage members, moderate content, create events, set community rules and guidelines.
All communities must follow our Community Guidelines.
Account & Profile
Account Settings
Go to Profile → Click "Edit Profile" → Update information → Save
Go to Settings → Security → Change Password
Complete KYC Verification to unlock all features.
Account Issues
Use Forgot Password to reset via email.
Contact support if your account is suspended. Review our terms of service.
Account deletion is permanent. Contact support for account closure requests.
